Practice exams are scored against a 70% practice benchmark. The real Paramedic cognitive exam does not work on a percentage: it is computer-adaptive (110 to 150 questions in 3.5 hours), and the National Registry’s algorithm decides whether you have demonstrated entry-level competency – no percentage passing score is published. Domains follow the ALS test plan in effect since July 1, 2024, with Clinical Judgment the largest domain (34-38%). Since July 1, 2024 there is no separate national psychomotor exam at this level.
