Georgia Real Estate Exam Prep: 19,997 Practice Questions for the 152-Question PSI Exam

Enrollment open: 19,997 original questions, written to PSI’s current Georgia content outlines. Enroll today and start with the free sample exam.

Georgia licenses salespersons through one combined exam given by PSI Services LLC for the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC): 152 scored questions — 100 on the national portion and 52 on the Georgia supplement — in a single four-hour sitting. PassProfessor’s Georgia program gives you 19,997 original practice questions mapped to those same PSI outlines, including 6,974 questions on Georgia law and practice alone, with full practice exams generated fresh at the real exam’s weights every time you sit one and a free sample exam.

What’s included

A Georgia bank, not a national bank with a Georgia chapter. More than a third of your scored exam — 52 of 152 questions — is the Georgia supplement: License Law, the Commission, BRRETA brokerage relationships, Georgia finance and closing practice. Our bank holds 19,997 questions, and 6,974 of them test Georgia-specific material. That supplement is the part national courses cover most lightly, and it is where this program is deepest relative to the exam itself.

Practice exams at the real exam’s weights. Each full practice exam is generated fresh for that attempt — 100 national questions and 52 Georgia questions in the same proportions PSI uses, with the national sections weighted the way the official outline weights them (Contracts alone carries 19 of the 100 national questions). Questions you have not seen come first, and you never sit the same exam twice.

Drills that match how the exam is built. Drill a single outline area — Georgia State Laws and Rules, Agency, Real Estate Calculations, Finance and Closing — or sit the full 152-question simulation against the four-hour clock. Your results break down by outline area, so a weak area shows up in your practice data before it shows up on a score report.

Per-question analytics that find the pattern. Every attempt is recorded question by question, and your results roll up by topic and portion. Instead of a single practice percentage, you see exactly which outline areas are producing your misses — national or Georgia — and can spend the next study session there instead of re-reading what you already know.

Questions that stay honest. Every item in the program is monitored from real student responses. Questions students find suspiciously easy or suspiciously hard are pulled for review, and anything found wrong is fixed or retired — the bank you practice on is the bank as it should be, not as it shipped.

  • You must finish a 75-hour course before you can test. The standard route is the 75-hour Salesperson Prelicense Course at a GREC-approved school. College coursework and approved out-of-state prelicense coursework can substitute in defined cases — the guide lays out all three routes. This program is exam preparation only; it is not that course and provides no education credit.
  • The Georgia supplement is 52 of 152 scored questions — 34% of the exam. It covers Georgia License Law and Commission rules, real estate practice in Georgia (including BRRETA), and Georgia finance and closing procedures. It is Georgia-only content that appears nowhere else.
  • The bulletin provides for re-taking a failed portion. If you do not pass, you cannot rebook the same day — but you can schedule again the next day and retest as soon as the day after that, space permitting. The $175 exam fee applies to each attempt.
  • Your passing score has a deadline. You must apply for your license within 12 months of passing or you will have to retake the examination. Licenses are issued at PSI test centers — allow 24 hours after passing before returning to obtain yours.
  • The exam is computer-based at PSI test centers in the Atlanta area (Duluth, Marietta, Decatur), Fayetteville, Macon, and Savannah. One question appears on screen at a time, you may return to questions and change answers while time remains, and an on-screen calculator is provided.

How the practice maps to the real exam

Every question in the Georgia bank is tagged to an area of PSI’s current content outlines — the national outline and the Georgia Salesperson Supplement outline the real exam is built from. Counts below are the bank itself, counted question by question from the delivered workbook.

How to use it

  1. Start with the free sample exam — a fixed set of Georgia questions across both portions, national and state — enough to see how the program works and where you stand.
  2. Drill the Georgia supplement early. It is 52 of your 152 scored questions, and it is the most concrete material on the exam: License Law, Commission organization, the Education, Research and Recovery Fund, BRRETA relationship rules, Georgia closing practice. Most candidates leave Georgia law for last; the score report is where that shows.
  3. Drill by outline area. Work your weakest areas — Contracts is the single largest national area at 19 questions, and Real Estate Practice in Georgia is the largest supplement area at 21 — until the misses stop repeating.
  4. Sit full generated exams against the clock. 152 scored questions in four hours, plus unscored experimental questions you cannot identify, is a pacing exercise as much as a knowledge test. Practice the pace, not just the material.
  5. Book the real exam through PSI when your practice results are consistently strong across both portions — then, after you pass, return to a PSI test center with your documents and obtain your license within the 12-month window.

Frequently asked questions

How many questions are on the Georgia real estate exam? The salesperson exam has 152 scored multiple-choice questions in one sitting: 100 on the national portion and 52 on the Georgia supplement. PSI also mixes in a small number of unscored experimental questions — the Candidate Information Bulletin puts the range at one to ten — which do not affect your result but do count against your time. Treat every question as if it counts, because you cannot tell which ones do not.

What score do I need to pass the Georgia real estate exam? PSI does not publish a numeric passing score in the Georgia Candidate Information Bulletin, and any specific percentage you see on prep sites does not come from that bulletin. Your score is displayed on screen when you finish, and PSI emails your score report; if you do not pass, the report includes diagnostic information showing your strengths and weaknesses. The practical response to an unpublished cut score is to prepare until no outline area on either portion is weak.

How much does the Georgia real estate exam cost? The exam fee is $175, paid to PSI when you schedule; it is nonrefundable and nontransferable, and it is forfeited if you do not test within one year of payment. After you pass, the license fee is $170, paid to the Georgia Real Estate Commission when you obtain your license at a PSI test center. That license fee covers the first licensing period, which runs to the last day of your birth month in the fourth calendar year after issuance.

Who administers the Georgia real estate exam? PSI Services LLC administers the exam under contract with the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC). You apply and schedule through PSI’s Georgia real estate portal or by phone, and you test at a PSI test center — in Duluth, Marietta, Decatur, Fayetteville, Macon, or Savannah.

What do I need before I can take the exam? The standard route is successful completion of the 75-hour Salesperson Prelicense Course at a GREC-approved school. Two alternatives exist: at least 10 quarter hours or 6 semester hours of qualifying college or law-school real estate coursework, or at least 75 hours of prelicense coursework approved by another state or Canadian province. To be licensed you must also be at least 18 and a high school graduate (or hold a certificate of equivalency), and you will need a Georgia Crime Information Center (GCIC) criminal history report no more than 60 days old when you apply for the license.

Does this program count toward my 75 hours of pre-licensing education? No. PassProfessor is exam preparation only. It does not provide pre-licensing education credit and is not a substitute for the 75-hour GREC-approved Salesperson Prelicense Course or any other state-required course. You complete the required education with an approved school; this program prepares you for the exam that follows it.

If I fail, how soon can I retake the Georgia exam? Not the same day — PSI cannot book a new appointment on the day you tested. You can schedule the next day and retest as soon as the day after that, depending on space. The bulletin provides for re-taking a failed portion rather than the whole exam, and the $175 exam fee applies to each attempt. Your emailed score report’s diagnostic information shows where the attempt was lost, and your practice data here breaks down by the same outline areas.

How long is my passing score good for? Twelve months. You must apply for and obtain your license within 12 months of the date you passed; after that window, the examination must be retaken. Licenses are issued at PSI test centers, and PSI asks you to allow 24 hours after passing before returning to obtain yours — same-day licensing is no longer offered.

Are these the actual exam questions? No. Every PassProfessor question is written by us, from scratch, to PSI’s published Georgia content outlines and Georgia law. We never use real exam questions, recalled questions, or another provider’s bank — and using actual exam content would violate the candidate rules you agree to when you test.

Why does the Georgia supplement get so much of the bank? Because it is 52 of the 152 scored questions — about a third of the exam — and it is the part national study materials cover thinnest. Georgia tests its own law: the Commission and its procedures, License Law qualifications and fees, the Real Estate Education, Research and Recovery Fund, BRRETA brokerage relationships (where the default relationship is transaction brokerage, not agency), and Georgia finance and closing rules such as the transfer and intangibles taxes. Our bank holds 6,974 Georgia-specific questions so that portion can be drilled on its own until it is the easiest part of your exam.

How do I enroll in the Georgia program? Enrollment is open. Enroll on this page for $49 and you get immediate access to the full program — all 19,997 questions, the outline-area drills, and the generated practice exams — starting with the free sample exam if you want to look around first.
